Here's a piece of wine-lore I never knew before: Chablis (the wine) is made of the chardonnay grape. The taste is different because it comes from the Chablis region in France where the soil gives it its unique flavour. Again - it's the soil that gives us the taste and the nutrition in the food we eat and the wine we drink.
Take good care of that soil.

Skillnaden i smak beror på att jordmånen i Chablisregionen innehåller mängder att fossilerade ostron som ger Chablis en mustigare ch rundare smak. Så, idag konstaterade vi återigen att det är jorden som ger oss näringsämnena och smakerna i maten vi äter och vinet vi dricker.
