I'm too knackered to write anything much. I've spent far too much time writing my order of work for tomorrow and I can still smell whey on my arms from this evening's session of cheese making.

Inte en lugn stund här på kursen. Kvällen har jag spenderat i mejeriet och hjälpt till med att göra både ost- och yoghurt. Mina armar luktar vassla men jag orkar inte åtgärda det just nu.
Dagens favorit under lunchen blev en tomatsallad med basilika, olivolja och honung. Här odlar de en mängd olika tomatsorter och de utgör en vacker palett på serveringsfatet.
