A good thing to do if you're in Shanagarry for the bank holiday is to organise a pizza workshop. You gather some friends, tell them to bring their favourite pizza toppings and then you have a feast. We had pizzas coming out of the oven much quicker than we could eat them. We covered all kinds of toppings from light vegetarian ones with caramelised onions and pears, peppers tomato and fennel seeds to spicy sausages and chicken teriyaki. Delicious meal with a lot of mobility and fun conversation.
Idag har det varit Bank Holiday i Irland så vi har haft ledigt i dagarna tre. För att sysselsätta oss så bjöd vi in några studiekamrater till pizzaverkstad och har spenderat eftermiddagen med att grädda och äta pizzor med allas favoritfyllningar. En delikat middag med ovanligt mobila middagsgäster. Plus trevlig konversation.
